At Dominic Hill we have assembled a friendly and customer focused team, with a wide range of accountancy expertise. To find out who can help you, here is an introduction to our team.
Peter Hill
Managing Director
Peter founded the business in 1993 and has overseen its development ever since, working to the principle that his clients should be treated in the same way he would like to be himself.
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has expertise in tax and VAT planning, international business and trading activities, business coaching and wealth maximisation.
Outside of work, Peter pursues musical and sporting interests. He plays trumpet and saxophone and is a Tai Chi exponent.

Natalie Ridley
Senior Manager
Natalie qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005 with a large firm based in Lewes. She joined Dominic Hill in 2008 and as a senior manager is a key point of contact for many of our clients. Natalie manages a client portfolio covering a wide range of small and medium sized businesses. She also works on personal tax cases.
Away from the office Natalie is an avid Speedway supporter.

Jim Brent
Accounts Manager
Jim has worked for Dominic Hill since 2000. Jim produces the accounts of many of our sole trader clients and has expertise in investment and rental income.
Outside of work Jim enjoys swimming and is the treasurer of the Eastbourne Swimming Club.

Yvonne O’Connor
Accounts Manager
Yvonne is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and joined Dominic Hill in 2010. Yvonne assists clients with their accounts, tax and audits.
In her spare time she enjoys tennis.

Daniel Talbot
Accounts Manager
Daniel is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and joined Dominic Hill in 2010. Daniel assists clients with their accounts, tax planning and preparation.
Outside of work Daniel’s interests include football, Formula One and tennis.

Sally Ross
Managing Director’s PA and Administrator
Sally has worked for Dominic Hill since 2006. She is the contact point for new clients, putting you in touch with the expert you need to speak to. Sally assists clients in many areas including: Company formations, VAT registration, Annual returns and Tax Fee Protection Services.
Outside of work Sally enjoys running and horse riding.

Emily Nash
Trainee Accountant
Emily joined Dominic Hill in 2010 and is currently studying for her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification. She assists clients with bookkeeping, accounts, payroll and VAT and is also responsible for our internal accounts system.
In her spare time Emily is a dance teacher.

Victoria Axell
Payroll Manager and Administrator
Victoria manages our Payroll Department and has worked for Dominic Hill since 2009. She has a Diploma in Business Administration. Victoria is a contact point for new clients.
