Please look out for your Business Rates Valuation in the post 

This October all businesses will receive their new business rates valuation, together with a breakdown of how it has been calculated. 

Remember to look out for this in the post and to check the details thoroughly – if there are any factual errors you may end up saving money.

The new valuations will form the basis of business rates bills for the next five years, so it’s important for you to inform the Valuation Office Agency if there are any inaccuracies before 30 November 2009.
